Cancellation and return policy
Order Cancellation
Except where required by applicable law, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted and payment has been processed. After purchase, customers may request a refund only by returning the product in accordance with our Return Policy. This clause does not affect any statutory rights relating to shipping delays or nondelivery.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship an order within the time advertised at checkout (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will provide an updated shipping date and request your consent to the delay. If you do not consent, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically, regardless of any “no-cancellation” policy.
Returns and Refund Method
To obtain a refund, customers must return the product to the return address specified in their return authorization. The return shipping address may be located outside the United States. The return destination and any applicable return-shipping costs will be clearly disclosed to the customer before the return is authorized.
Reasonableness of Return Requirements
If the cost or logistics of returning an item to our designated international return location would be disproportionate in light of the issue reported, we reserve the right—at our sole discretion—to offer an appropriate alternative remedy. Such remedies may include, but are not limited to, a partial or full refund without requiring a return, or any other solution we deem reasonable under the circumstances. At this time, all physical returns must be sent to our international return address in China, as we do not currently maintain domestic return facilities or provide prepaid return labels.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under U.S. federal or state consumer-protection laws, including rights relating to defective products, misrepresentation, failure to deliver, warranty protections, or unfair or deceptive practices.
